As head the marketing and PR of the country's largest microfinance organization by capitalization,
I managed to do the following. Results for this period:
Conducted redesign, rewriting of texts, translation and optimization of the websites of a group of
companies (tasgroup.kz) and its main brands (tascredit.kz, Assyltas.kz, etc);
Conducted optimization of SEO and digital advertising in search engines and social networks. The
result is improved conversion and budget optimization;
Improved the design of the i dentity of pages on social networks Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook.
As a result - an increase in the number of subscribers(+27%), an increase in general
statistics(+22%), an increase in the number of clients from social networks (+19%);
PR support in the areas of working with the media (more than 12 articles published in
kazakhstanian Forbes, Kapital, Kursiv media, etc) and events (participation as general partner in
the celebration of Almaty City Day, HR FORUM, charity ball in Taldykorgan city, etc.);
Incre asing the number of banner advertising, roof structures and redesign of outdoor advertising;
Creation of merchandise identity design - from clothing for themed events to updating notebooks;
Packaging (design, copyright) for corporate presentations for events and reporting for submission
to the issue of corporate bond.

Youth engagement expert and consultant of UNICEF of Adolescent and
Youth Advisory Group
The main project - USupportMe project for psychological assistance to young people for 35
countries in Eastern Europe and Central Asia. Main activities:
Conducting comprehensive analytics an organizing a group of young testers;
Drawing up technical specifications for the development team on the logic of the platform;
Copyright and testing of translations (rus/kaz/eng) for the platform (MVP site version);
Participation in approbation and testing of the project design for an audience of young people and
participation in a team of experts to attract a working group of psychologists;
Writing technical specifications for future marketing work, etc.
As part of the collaboration, I also advised the UNICEF Belarus and UNICEF Ukraine teams on
the launch and management of a project to provide psychological assistance to adolescents -
marketing and strategic issues.

As part of the social project of psychological assistance to adolescents and parents on issues of
adolescent children, my team and I conducted a large marketing and PR campaign of the project.
Results for this period:
Marketing research for relevance and comprehensive preparation for the launch of the project
(regulatory documents, development strategy, budgeting);
Setting up internal processes (between project teams, individual employees and service
providers);
Launching a website, CRM system, social netw orks (Instagram, vk, tiktok, telegram);
Organization of PR meetings and organization of projects "Janym Camp" (summer camp), "Equal
to equal" with the support of UNICEF, reproductive health project with the support of the CISC
(civil initiatives support center);
Cooperation with Samruk Kazyna Trust and the First President's Fund.
During the 15 months (official start - 9.10.20) of the project, 32172 consultations were held for
teenagers and parents of the Republic of Kazakhstan (for comparison, the "Teenergi zer" project (a
similar project in the Eastern Europe and Central Asia region) has conducted 12,000 consultations
since 2014)

What did I manage to do:
Creating all documentation from scratch;

Work at the largest private medical university in Kazakhstan, in the marketing department
included: work with advertising, branding, work with SMM managers in the direction of informing in
social networks of postgraduate education (internship, residency, master's degree), work with the
campaign team and student organizations.
What did I manage to do:
A marketing research of postgraduate medical education of the Republic of Kazakhstan was
conducted;
Full rebranding of the University's website - medkrmu.kz;
C reating a website and full packaging for advanced training courses for doctors - rkmi.kz;
The identity of the admissions committee has been created - registration of the entrance group,
image products, handouts and technical installation of telephony and ensuring the uninterrupted
operation of the call center;
Coordination of participation in the educational career guidance forum "Kasip Fest", where
Yerzhan Rashev (one of the most popular personality of Kazakhstan at that time) of was the
speaker from the u niversity;
Coordination of participation in the 4U competition among the universities of Almaty, in the
categories of dancing, the club of the cheerful and resourceful, debate and cybersports and the
final 1st place in the final;
