Objective
"The education system doesn't teach you to learn from mistakes; itteaches you that
mistakes are bad." The statement is aclear representation of the education system in
Kazakhstan. This understanding has pushed me into apassion for math and science, where I
have discovered anew way of thinking that welcomes challenges and views failure as an
opportunity for improvement. In addition to arithmetic, Iwant to develop resilience and
problem-solving skills that are sometimes overlooked in standard schooling. Now that I
have explored the job, itis aunique opportunity to explore the world from different
perspectives and benefit global society. My goal is to bring this experience to help rebuild
the education system in Kazakhstan, where there is aneed for achange in mentality. My
enthusiasm for mathematics and passion for innovative education make me an ideal
