About the role

We are delighted to announce that we are looking for a talanted Advisor - People Services to provide guidance and advice on employee lifecycle, policies and procedures, HR systems and is the custodian of all HR data.

This is a temporary, one-year on-site position at the Almaty office, reporting to the Manager of Global HR Operations.

What you will be doing

• Manage the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Maintain accurate HR records and databases.
• Assist with employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
• Support the implementation of HR initiatives and programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

What you will bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in HR or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
