Key responsibilities:

• Preparing and uploading SWIFT files from Oracle Fusion to online banking, including all required supporting documents.
• Reconciling uploaded payment bank details with submitted invoices, contracts, and payment letters.
• Managing payment transactions related to foreign currency (purchases, transfers).
• Handling all funds movements in banks except vendor payments, including standing instructions, bank commissions and charges, received income, and interbank transfers.
• Preparing daily reports on cash position, cash flow, and total bank balances.
• Reconciling all open bank account balances with the trial balance in the Cash Management Module.
• Validating, reviewing, and processing all petty cash requests from employees.

Requirements:

• Experience in banking operations and financial reporting.
• English - Intremediate level and above.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of responsibility.
