• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients. Oversee sales activities related to transportation and logistics services

• Supervise the daily operations of the truck depot, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently

• Oversee the maintenance, repairs, and overall condition of the fleet

• Organize, plan, and optimize routes and schedules for timely delivery. Ensure efficient use of resources and reduce operational costs

• Ensure all trucks and operations comply with local and international transport regulations. Maintain safety standards and manage risk assessments

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team

• Monitor operational costs, manage budgets, and ensure cost-effective operations while maintaining high-quality service

• Management reports

• Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting delivery deadlines and addressing any service-related issues or complaints promptly

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 5+ years of experience in managing fleet operations or in a similar logistics management role, particularly in trucking or transportation.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience managing teams.
• Proficiency in fleet management software and logistics tools.
• Excellent knowledge of logistics, transportation regulations, and safety standards.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to effectively manage budgets and control costs.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
• Knowledge of Russian/Kazakh languages.
