KPMG is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Trainee to join the Learning & Development (L&D) team in HR in Almaty. In this role, you will assist in organizing internal training sessions and maintaining training-related documentation to ensure a smooth learning experience for employees.

Please note that this internship is unpaid.

As our L&D Trainee, you will:

• Maintain training records and reports (e.g., process data exports from Open PD and updаtеExcel checklists accordingly).

• Support the organization of online and offline training sessions: send invitations, arrange coffee breaks, prepare printed materials, manage attendance sheets, and ensure smooth coordination on the day of the event.

• Provide technical support during online trainings, including session recordings.

You're the perfect match for this role if you have:

• Intermediate knowledge of Excel.

• Intermediate or higher level of English.

• A high level of responsibility and attention to detail.
