Well established company looking forL1 Support Specialist (REMOTE). Please note: Working hours 9am-5pm EST time!

Responsibilities:

- Processing exceptional customer service by quickly responding questions and concerns via phone, email and chat
- Managing customer complaints and ensure their satisfaction using scripts and Tone of Voice standards, building positive relationships with customers- IT-infrastructure administration, including servers, LAN/WAN, network services.
- Providing remote tech support for shopping facilities, retail outlets, remote offices etc.
- Resolving software related issues.

-Resolving hardware related issue remotely.
- Technical documentation management.

Who we are looking for:

- Experience at least 2 years in a similar position.

-Knowledge in servers, networking, setting up printers, shared folders, DHCP and DNS etc.

- Excellent written and verbal English(at least C1).

- Reliable person.
