✨ About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager who can combine product development oversight, technical understanding, requirements management, and analytical thinking. You will become the operational connector between Product → Design → Engineering → Analytics → Marketing, ensuring predictable delivery, clear requirements, reliable tracking, and full alignment across teams.
Your work will directly impact feature delivery speed, product quality, and the stability of processes.
???? Key Responsibilities
???? Development Process Management
- Planning, timeline control, and ensuring the quality of task execution- Managing multiple product streams simultaneously
- Preparing and facilitating Agile ceremonies
- Resource management, team synchronization, and blocker removal
- Supporting engineering and product discipline: predictable delivery, transparent Jira
???? System Analysis & Requirements Management
- Collecting business and technical requirements, formalizing and decomposing them
- Preparing clear and structured tasks with correct acceptance criteria
- Describing user flows, edge cases, dependencies, and technical constraints
- Controlling the correctness of analytical integrations: events, tracking, attribution, user flows
- Verifying event tracking quality and ensuring actual flows match intended product logic
???? Working With Data & Metrics
- Preparing regular reports: status updates, risks, hypotheses, results
- Supporting data preparation for A/B tests and product decision-making
- Assisting in launching A/B tests, growth hypotheses, and QA together with analysts and testers
???? Cross-Team Communication
- Aligning teams on tasks, priorities, and deadlines
- Ensuring transparent communication between teams
- Quickly communicating changes and decisions to stakeholders
- Supporting onboarding of new product team members
???? Documentation, Planning & Process Ownership
- Co-creating the product roadmap: collecting requirements, refining hypotheses, prioritizing and decomposing
- Preparing and maintaining specifications (features, user flows, guides, technical descriptions)
- Helping teams structure large tasks and initiatives
- Keeping Jira/Confluence statuses up to date based on sync outcomes
- Supporting process transparency: team syncs, blocker removal, decision documentation
???? Requirements
???? Experience
- 2+ years as a Project Manager / Technical Project Manager in IT, Mobile Apps, or SaaS
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in a product company with a full product development lifecycle
- Experience with cross-functional and cross-platform teams
- Experience in mid-sized teams where processes еxistbut remain flexible
⚙️ Hard Skills
- Strong knowledge of PM frameworks: Agile, Kanban, Scrum
- Ability to prepare clear and measurable requirements: user stories, acceptance criteria, user flows, edge cases
- System analysis skills: requirement decomposition, identifying dependencies, working with flowcharts, sequence diagrams, BPMN
- Basic technical understanding: REST APIs, request statuses, webhooks, JSON, data tracking
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, GitHub/GitLab (as a user)
- Analytical literacy: event tracking, funnels, product metrics (activation, conversion, retention), interpreting A/B test results
- Understanding of GA4, AppsFlyer — in the context of verifying configuration, events, and attribution

- Experience collaborating with QA and participating in test case creation
- Experience in mid-sized product teams (20–80 people)
- Experience in companies with complex analytics systems: tracking, attribution, multi-platform data flows
