Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations;
• Ensure accurate and timely transportation of goods;
• Manage inventory levels and perform regular stock audits to minimize shortages or overstocking;
• Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners to negotiate contracts and resolve issues;
• Maintain shipping and tracking records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations;
• Analyze logistics data to identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction;
• Develop and maintain relationships with freight forwarders, carriers, and other stakeholders;
• Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and other regulations;
• Prepare and present logistics performance reports to management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field;
• Proven experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations;
• Proficiency in logistics software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP);
• Strong understanding of inventory management, shipping processes, and warehousing;
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills;
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities;
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
