Your day-to-day:

• Supervise and develop team members
• Conduct performance evaluations and training.
• Lead customs team and ensure timely clearance
• Monitor transactions and control costs
• KPI tracking
• Develop and updаtеinternal procedures
• Ensure compliance and audit readiness.
• Support process improvements and cross-functional projects.
• Coordinate with authorities during inspections
• Maintain professional relationships with external authorities.
• Ensure processes meet quality standards and legal requirements

Who we're looking for:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position with people supervision.
• English upper-intermediate or above.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Solid functional and technical expertise in customs processes & legislation.
