Your day-to-day:

- Develop strategies to enhance the consumer journey;
- Conduct surveys, interviews, and focus groups;
- Identify friction points (gaps) and opportunities;
- Prioritize issues based on potential impacts;
- Actionable insights to drive customer-centric strategies;
- Monitor and regularly report on the impact of journey initiatives;
- Analyze feedback data;
- Identify usability and performance issues within our tools;
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align strategies;
- Develop/maintain detailed customer journey maps;
- Define projects scope and deliverables with project owners;
- Preparation of activity calendars (inc. integrated calendar);
- Competitors activities impact and their consumer journey analysis;
- Cost analysis and optimizations;
- Scenario/root cause analysis;
- Develop detailed project plan/timelines and resource allocation;
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope/budget.

Who we're looking for:

- Bachelor’s degree;
- Minimum 3 years work experience in marketing, strategy, research, sales with supervisory experience, preferably in FMCG;
- Good analytical thinking, problem solving, and communication skills;
- Proven leadership and organizational savvy;
- Fast learner and able to work in minimum guidance and supervision;
- Able to operate Computer literacy (Ms. Office) especially Excel, nice to have: SQL, Power BI.
