Responsibilities​:

  • Deliver a dynamic Student Experience service that actively engages students.​

  • Monitor student behaviour and wellbeing, offering timely support.​

  • Answer student queries with a positive, approachable attitude.​

  • Organize events, trips, and activities that support personal development beyond academics.​

  • Use data and feedback to continuously improve services and student engagement.​

  • Support Open Days, Induction week, Freshers Week, and career-related events.​

  • Collaborate with teams to enhance admissions, registration, and internship opportunities.​
