As our SMM Specialist, you will:

• Develop and maintain a structured content plan aligned with brand goals and audience engagement strategies.
• Produce high-quality posts, reels, and stories tailored to different social media platforms to enhance brand presence.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure content effectiveness and optimize strategies.
• Design and implement comprehensive social media strategies to drive engagement and brand awareness.
• Monitor industry trends, emerging social media features, and competitor activities to stay ahead in the digital landscape.

You’re the perfect match for this role if you have:

• 2+ years of SMM experience with a proven track record of managing social media accounts and executing successful campaigns.
• Experience in content planning and creation with the ability to develop engaging text, photo, and video content, including reels and stories.
• Proficiency in photo and video editing tools and familiarity with graphic design and video editing software, as well as AI-powered tools for content enhancement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of Russian, English, and Kazakh to create high-quality content and engage with diverse audiences.
• A portfolio showcasing previous SMM projects, creative content, and successful campaigns.
• The ability to work from the office when required; fully remote option is not available.
