Responsibilities:

• Team Management
• Supervise a team of vehicle mechanics and electricians, ensuring productivity and efficiency.
• Assign tasks, manage workflows, and oversee work schedules to ensure timely completion of services.
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets the highest quality and safety standards.
• Customer Engagement
• Interact with customers to provide advice, quotes, and estimated timescales for repairs and services.
• Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure excellent service.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Operational Oversight
• Oversee daily garage operations, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor workflow and manage work orders to meet customer expectations.
• Financial Management
• Manage the financial performance of the garage, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
• Analyze financial reports to identify areas for cost savings and revenue growth.
• Develop strategies to improve profitability while maintaining high service standards.

• Quality Assurance
• Ensure all repairs and services meet quality and safety standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of completed work to maintain excellence.
• Stay up to date with industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Skill Set

 Proven experience in managing automotive repair operations or similar roles.

 Strong leadership and team management skills.

 Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

 Proficiency in financial management and reporting.

 In-depth knowledge of automotive repair processes and industry standards.

 Problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
