The Digital team is in search of an experienced Senior User Acquisition specialist in Almaty!

Our Digital team is responsible for promoting our ride-hailing app in global regions. You will be tasked with launching advertising campaigns, working with analytics and having the opportunity to test various tools and hypotheses. We're after A-players who aren't afraid to pitch in ideas, get involved and work for results.

What are you going to do:

• Developing and executing user acquisition strategies.
• Managing digital advertising campaigns across various channels.
• Monitoring and optimizing campaign performance.
• Allocating and managing advertising budgets
• Conducting A/B testing and experimentation.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Conducting market research and competitive analysis.
• Implementing conversion tracking and attribution.
• Generating reports and providing insights.
• Staying updated with industry trends and continuous learning.

Our wishes:

• Similar work experience from 3 year.
• English level: B2 and above.
• Extensive expertise in app promotion to global markets.
• Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, Twitter Ads, DV360, Firebase, AppsFlyer, AppAnnie.
• The ability to work in a team and reliability.
• Very good multitasking skills.
