Обязанности

• Develop and manage competitive compensation structures and benefits programs.
• Conduct salary benchmarking, job evaluations, and market analysis.
• Support the HRBP team and managers on compensation and benefits (CnB) matters.
• Approve job offers, internal transitions, and salary adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide guidance on compensation strategies and employee reward programs.
• Manage vendor contracts and optimize benefits program costs.

Требования

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or Finance.
• 3+ years of experience in compensation and benefits.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HRIS systems.
• Experience in multinational environments is a plus English B2+
