Job responsibilities:

Brand Management:

  • Lead development of Orbit® strategy & deployment in CEAB&Türkiye unit. Lead creation and implementation of brand activities, and product pipeline in line with the S&OP+ cycle according to the stages process.
  • Ensure the excellence of brand activity execution via effective cross-functional
    cooperation. Evaluate the results of activities, codify and leverage learnings, and prepare post-launch reviews.
  • Oversee and recommend the Orbit® portfolio pricing strategy in partnership with the strategic revenue team.
  • Identify & capture market, competitors, and consumer insights that provide the foundation for marketing strategy.
  • Get and incorporate learnings from other markets. Create networking with other markets in order to share ideas and implement activities where applicable.
  • Ensure translation of Brand Toolkit into marketing activations that tell a consistent, engaging brand story and build distinctive brand assets.
  • Co-lead Orbit® category reviews in CEAB&Türkiye together with Category teams.
    Control the media and consumer promotional budget spent according to ROI guidance and key brand priorities.

Media:

  • Co-lead media strategy development and plans for Orbit® to maximize Reach, increase ROI on media spend, and ensure an effective and efficient media mix.
  • Context and Scope.
  • Co-lead with Gum Portfolio and Activation Head long-term strategy and pipeline
    development.
  • Establish and control brand standards in the areas of product, packaging, and
    communication and recommend actions when needed.
  • Develop and gain approval for annual brand plans in line with the Bars strategy.
    Create networking with other markets in order to share ideas and implement regional activities.
  • Own brand category data and activities analysis on an ongoing basis and recommend corrective actions if needed.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Economics/ Marketing.
  • Russian and English at an advanced level.
  • Expert user of MS Office.
  • Continuous data experience (i.e., Nielsen, GFK, Ipsos).
  • 7-10 years of experience in FMCG brand marketing.
  • Analytical skills and demonstrated ability to create a narrative from analysis/insights.
  • Solid experience in portfolio management.
