What are we looking for?

• Result Oriented candidate with strong analytical, presentation and communication skills

What will be your key responsibilities?

• This role will support Sales and Marketing teams in alignment, communication, tracking and incentivizing of Sales Priorities

  Job scope will include:

• Collecting inputs from different departments and ensuring synchronization
• Setting targets for main KPIs of field sales teams
• Presenting and aligning unified priorities with key stakeholders
• Development and alignment of Sales Briefs
• Tracking of KPIs and priorities execution
• Supporting management decision on whether performance targets were met
• Suggesting ideas for process improvement and automation where possible

Skills: Fluent English and Russian, Advanced Excel and Power Point, Power BI and Power Automate would be a plus

Competencies: Strong presentation and communication skills, high attention to detail, team player, result oriented.
