Join Our Team as an Account Manager – International IT and Consulting Agency (Almaty Office)
We are a global IT and consulting firm headquartered in Kazakhstan and are currently looking for a driven and experienced Sales Manager to join our expanding team. This position plays a key role in maintaining high service standards, nurturing strong client relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction in English-speaking markets.
Position Details:
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Almaty time)
Work Format: Office-based only (Almaty)
Compensation: $1200 base salary + performance-based bonuses
Application Requirements (applications not meeting these will not be considered):
English Proficiency: B2 level or higher (spoken and written)
Experience: Demonstrated experience communicating with native English speakers (e.g., in work, internships, or projects)
Business Communication: Strong written and verbal business communication skills
Tech Skills: Confident PC user with solid knowledge of Excel
Key Soft Skills: Empathy, persistence, adaptability, and emotional resilience
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with clients via phone and email (English only)
Provide consultation and support to current users
Maintain accurate records in our CRM and internal systems
Build and sustain long-term client relationships
Consistently meet and exceed performance KPIs
What We Offer:

Location: Office-based role in Almaty
Compensation: $1200–$2000 per month, plus monthly bonuses
Training: Paid corporate training prior to start
