Responsibilities:

• hard cases with clients negotiations;
• providing solutions and solving communication issues with clients and drivers;
• checking logistics paperwork;
• solving issues with domestic and international shipments;
• solving issues with intercompany departments miscommunication.

Requirements:

• English Intermediate level and higher;
• high personal standards;
• ability to work under the pressure;
• previous working experience is not required.
  
  Conditions:

• Workdays: 5/2;

• Working hours: 17:00–03:00 Almaty time;

• Comfortable office in the city center;
