What you will enjoy doing?

• Lead the team of project managers
• Provide hands-on support to manage the transformation program successfully, identify program risks, issues and find out mitigation measures
• Take the responsibility of providing high quality reports on the program progress and the status of projects
• Manage the project portfolio efficiently using demand management skills
• Help develop project proposals, teams and WBSs, support to make implementation plans, and its organization in the agile or waterfall method
• Develop communication plan and conduct important project meetings and check-ins with Board-level executives
• Manage change request
• Lead and/or communicate with various teams such as business, risk, finance, !and operations enablers
• Work with different cross-functional projects and establish proper stakeholder engagement
• Set up and monitor necessary corrective measures
• Prepare presentations in power point and materials in excel
• Solve project and program related issues by structured thinking and problem-solving skills.

What makes you great?

• Higher education from a leading local or foreign university
• Project management experience in banks, Big Four, or other financial institutions (consultancy experience in Big Four is advantage)
• Structured thinking and assertive communication
• Fluent English speaking, reading and writing since the working language is English
• Advanced Power Point and Excel skills
• Demonstrated leadership qualities, willing to be accountable and agile
• Analytical skills and critical thinking
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and multitasking
