Job Description:
As a Recruiter at 1Fit, you will be at the forefront of our expansion efforts in the UAE. You will play a vital role in identifying and attracting top talent to help us build a dynamic and diverse team. Your expertise in recruitment will be essential in supporting our growth objectives while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to the UAE market. Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions across the organization.
Employer Branding: Promote 1Fit as an employer of choice by effectively communicating our mission, culture, and values to potential candidates.
Onboarding: Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, providing them with the necessary tools and information to succeed in their roles.
Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance throughout the hiring process.
Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor hiring practices, and best recruitment strategies in the UAE.
Metrics & Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and improve our hiring processes.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the UAE market or worldwide.
Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Knowledge: Familiarity with the best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Language: Proficiency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
