We are looking for a strong and experienced Recruiter to join our team. The candidate will be a proactive professional capable of managing the full-cycle recruitment process independently, with a solid understanding of the banking sector and proven ability to close vacancies quickly and effectively

Main Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment process: vacancy publishing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination and onboarding support
Actively interact with Heads to understand business needs
Utilize modern recruitment tools and platforms to attract candidates
Conduct initial screening and interviews to evaluate candidate fit
Maintain and updаtеinternal candidates’ database
Prepare and present candidate shortlists to hiring managers in a timely manner
Ensure a high-quality candidate service throughout the process
Report recruitment metrics and progress to Head of HR
Adhere to all relevant Bank and departmental policies, processes, and instructions

Requirements:

Proven experience as a recruiter (ideally in banking, finance, or corporate sectors)
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, job platforms, and sourcing techniques
Ability to handle multiple vacancies and meet tight deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with all levels of the organization
Strong understanding of the banking or financial sector is a must
Self-motivated, responsible, and result-oriented
Knowledge of English not below upper-intermediate level (both written and verbal)
