It is necessary to discover material suppliers and proceed with purchase contracts with a cost minimization perspective (TCO). Job holder should review price adequacy based on cost analysis (HQ collaboration) and proceed with the contract (bidding or consultation contract)

Обязанности:

• Analyze the cost of materials; Extract cost-related data from the system, Analyze cost-related data, calculate and report required data, Share and consult with HQ regarding the cost.

• Discover cost savings; The reduction factors are identified based on the analyzed cost-related data, in consultation with HQ, the price comparison between the home country procurement amount and the local procurement amount is carried out.

• Find local manufacturers of materials; Continue to find local suppliers for localization of materials, Facilitate delivery and purchase in consultation with suppliers.

• Signing an NTM purchase contract; Sign a contract to purchase materials for local supply and demand, Lower contract unit price through competitive bidding, In the case of domestic procurement materials, a raw material supply contract is concluded in consultation with HQ

Требования:

• At least 2 years in SCM part and management of purchasing

• Required: Bachelor's degree

  Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Purchasing / Business Administration

• Ability of cost analysis for purchasing

• Ability to negotiate prices with suppliers

• Business correspondence and communication skills

• PC literacy : MS-Office apps such as Word, Excel and Power Point

• Language : English Intermediate
