We are seeking an experienced PMO to oversee the project management office. The PMO will play a crucial role in driving the successful delivery of IT and cross-functional projects. This is an opportunity to make an impact by providing strategic direction, fostering collaboration among project teams, and promoting continuous improvement in project execution.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver IT and cross-functional projects end-to-end
• Govern and track IT and cross-functional projects across all phases
• Collaborate with other departments and Leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects and tasks
• Assign to team members and track various deliverables
• Conduct project assessments, identify gaps and opportunities, and recommend solutions to improve project delivery
• Review requests for technology, assess and analyze demand and impact
• Provide regular reporting on the status of the projects, including risks and dependencies
• Drive IT strategic planning, roadmap and project management progress

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience, with at least 3 years in project management
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Basic understanding of IT service and change management processes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in developing and implementing project management methodologies, frameworks, and tools
• Understanding of project management best practices, including risk management, project governance, and quality management
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
