For this position you can live and work fully remotely from any place, as long as it is in Kazakhstan.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of product requirements to be transferred to suppliers and related departments based on technical tasks, market bеnсhmаrk, law requirements, marking, needed product certifications and internal quality requirements
- Coordination of execution of requirements, coordination of related departments for decision making and internal activates plan preparation
- Monitoring changes in EU legislation and other regions which PB products supplied, transfer these updates to related departments
- Searching and negation for laboratory testing, dentition of test methodology, preparation of testing plan and follow-up
- Preparation of list of criteria for incoming inspection based on technical task, law requirements, market claims, internal issues product changes implementation
- Response for third parties requests (Government, customers)
Qualifications (Essential):
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality, or relevant technical riled; master's degree preferred.
- Strong knowledge of automotive quality standards (ISO/TS 16949, IATF 16949) and problem-solving tools (8D, 5 whys, Ishikawa diagrams).
- Knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes, preferably in the components domain.
- Strong understanding of product development processes and methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal team and external suppliers effectively.
- English =B2+, Russian = fluent.
Qualifications (Desired)
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously.
- Certification(s) in automotive quality management systems (e.g. IATF 16494, VDA 6.3).
Experience
- 3+ years of experience in automotive suppler quality management, product quality engineering, or a related field in automotive manufacturing or Tier 1/ Tier 2 supplier industry.
- Proven experience in product quality assurance, measurement, and continuous improvement processes.
