Responsibility :

• Guide children to develop their English language skills, creativity and self-expression through different media
• Create a classroom environment that sparks curiosity and desire to learn
• Employ a variety of educational techniques (storytelling, educational play, media, etc.) to teach children
• Observe each child to help them improve their social competencies and build self-esteem
• Encourage children to interact with each other and resolve occasional arguments
• Organize nap and meals hours and supervise children to ensure they are safe at all times
• Assess each child’s educational and socio-emotional needs on daily basis and track children’s progress
• Communicate with parents regularly regarding child development and progress
• Collaborate with other teachers and Interact with administrative staff as needed
• Counsel with colleagues, students, and parents on a regular basis
• Ensure the classroom is kept in a clean and safe condition at all times
• Attend all staff meetings and professional development sessions

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree in Education (Preschool and/or Primary teaching qualification)
• English language proficiency: Upper- Intermediate
• Proven experience as a Preschool/Kindergarten Teacher, teacher’s assistant at least 2 years
• Good understanding of the principles of child development and pre-Primary educational methods
• Excellent communication and instructional skills
• Ability to engage children and build trusting relationships
• Ability to act as mediator between children
• Kind, cool-tempered, friendly and reliable
• Balance between a creative mind and a practical wisdom
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation guidelines for classroom and ability to provide safe environment for the children
• Growth mindset and desire to be a lifelong learner
