Responsibilities:

• Oversee service level agreement (SLA) compliance and key performance indicator (KPI) achievements for key accounts.
• Monitor SLA adherence and KPI performance for logistics partners.
• Strengthen relationships with existing clients.
• Actively contribute to enhancing Indrive’s IT platform.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
• Prepare internal and external reports and presentations for key stakeholders.

Requirements:

• University degree.
• Over 2 years in operations management within the delivery service industry.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to make structured business judgement.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
• Proven track record in project management (as an advantage).
• Intermediate level of English.
