Operation Officer

Jobs Duty:

• Support in account opening, fund movements, and related operations

• Collaborate with KYC, Funding, and other teams to facilitate client onboarding, deposits/withdrawals, stock transfers, refunds, and other transactions in compliance with regulations

• Perform daily settlement operations for US stock market (may expand to other market/product).

• Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues related to trade settlements.

• Liaise with internal teams and counterparties to facilitate smooth settlement processes.

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service quality and operational efficiency

• Participate in ad-hoc projects or system testing as required.

Requirement:

• Degree holder or above

• 1 year or above relevant experience in settlement/operations in the financial services industry.

• A good team player with excellent communication skill and efficiency-driven mindset

• Proficiency in MS Office applications; knowledge of VBA is an advantage.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability with attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good command of written and spoken Russian, Kazakh & English
