  Responsibilities:
• Maintain an organized, comfortable, and dynamic office environment.
• Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and ensuring the office runs smoothly.
• Support top management by taking the initiative to help organize their day-to-day activities and events.
• Assist in planning and coordinating internal and external events.
• Collaborate with different teams to implement new ideas, suggesting improvements to make processes more efficient and enjoyable.
• Create and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Help foster a culture of constant innovation and creativity in the office.
• Key task: to create and maintain a cozy and productive atmosphere in the office, ensuring comfort for all employees.

Requirements:

• A passion for learning, creativity, and problem-solving.
• Confidence in taking initiative and pushing new ideas, even if they fail.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Open to trying new things, always improving, and never afraid to think outside the box.

• Proficiency in basic computer programs (MS Office, Google Workspace).
