Responsibilities:

1. Assist with various business meetings according to project arrangements and provide interpretation support during meetings.

2. Translate and localize the company's products, relevant materials, and website content into Kazakh and Russian.

3. Support daily tasks for ongoing projects.

4. Manage office equipment and inventory, keep track of its condition, and make purchases of new equipment and consumables.

5. Arrange the office space, ensuring a comfortable and functional working environment.

6. Process and store various types of documentation, including correspondence.

7. Organize the archiving of documents and ensure their availability when needed.

8. Answer phone calls, receive messages, and forward them to the appropriate persons.

9. Organize business trips for the boss or employees, book hotels, tickets, etc.

10. Greet and welcome guests upon arrival and provide necessary assistance.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, proficiency in Kazakh, Russian;knowledge of Chinese or English are an advantage.

2. Strong communication and expression skills, with good organization and logical thinking.

3. Experience in the financial industry or with product/business analysis is preferred.

4. Responsible, detail-oriented, with excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
