Responsibilities:
- Conduct night audits and prepare daily reports.
- Monitor and ensure safety throughout the hotel premises during nighttime hours.
- Provide a high level of guest service: promptly address any issues arising at night, handle late check-ins and early check-outs, and respond to guest requests with professionalism.
- Conduct regular checks of public areas to ensure that the lobby, hallways, and other common spaces remain clean and tidy throughout the night.
- Support front desk operations by completing administrative tasks and preparing necessary materials for the day shift.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and resolve any incidents that may arise.
- Monitor the condition of hotel systems and equipment, reporting any malfunctions for timely repair.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry (night audit or similar role preferred).
- Intermediate English language skills or higher (for guest communication).
- Knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS) is a plus.
- Attention to detail, high level of responsibility, and the ability to make decisions in non-standard situations.
Work Schedule and Benefits:
