We are looking for a mid-level lawyer to join our team, focused on legal support of projects and reporting, contributing to our mission with expertise, diligence, and a keen eye for detail.

Role Overview:
As a mid-level lawyer, you will play a critical role in our legal team by initial review of legal aspects of various projects, drafting legal documents or review of the documents provided by the counterparties, managing various legal matters, ensuring compliance, and supporting reporting activities. Your major role will be providing support to highly experienced senior legal personel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse complex leal issues and prepare memoranda of advice
• Draft, review, and negotiate a range of contracts
• Conduct thorough contract analysis to ensure terms align with company interests and regulatory standards
• Assist with regular reporting requirements, working closely with the SOX team, auditors, and colleagues from other companies within the group to ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting for internal and external stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate potential legal risks associated with the project work
• Stay updated on relevant legal and regulatory developments to provide accurate guidance

Requirements:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in law (required); Master’s degree in law (preferred)
• Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in contract law, with demonstrated expertise in drafting, reviewing, and managing legal agreements
• Language Proficiency: Full professional proficiency in Russian and English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
• Skills and Competencies:
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to work independently
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently
