Responsibilities:
- Develop study programs and courses for different levels (A1-B2).
- Create interactive materials and presentations using modern platforms.
- Analyze the effectiveness of educational products through KPIs.
- Participate in creating new learning products and adapting programs to market trends.
- Develop assessment rubrics and student progress evaluation systems.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Professional skills:
- Higher education in linguistics, pedagogy, or English teaching methodology.
- International qualifications (CELTA, DELTA, TESOL, etc.) are welcome.
- 3+ years of English teaching experience (online/offline).
- Knowledge of teaching methods and experience working with various student levels.
- Experience creating quality educational materials and working with platforms like Moodle, Google Classroom, etc.
- Strong skills in educational metrics and analytics.
2. Personal qualities:
- Results-driven.
- Creativity and innovation.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities.
- Adaptability to changes in the education field.
- Responsibility and attention to detail.
3. Additional skills:
- Knowledge of modern educational technologies.
