Key Responsibilities:

• Take a part in counters/furniture installation preparation (not limited to - arranging permissions with shops, workers, specific equipment).
• To assist and support with counters installation process overnight if required.
• Perform POS check on the weekly basis. Collect all the furniture/merchandising related claims from BC’s or shop’s representatives and report them to Merchandiser.
• Distribute general and case specific planograms. Collect its realizations reports, check and correct. To updаtеlocally developed planogram software with products’ images.
• Arrange the promo podiums placement in POS with the agency. Take a part in promo podiums installation if necessary. To prepare all the required requisites (dummies, decoration items) for the promo podiums/animations.
• Visit production fields to perform quality check of the producing items upon Merchandiser’s request.
• Order the high resolution files and color proofs from the brands. Keep in track of all the related files’ ( guidelines, technical drawings etc. ) presence before product launch.
• Place orders with the company for lightboxes, banners for every new launch/animation. To check the assembled visuals previews with the company, control visuals placement performance collect photos and check the quality.
• Keep in track and updаtеthe merch database with visuals dimensions, updated shop plans, shops photos, equipment type and descriptions.
• Execute on behalf of the Employer's other activities directly related to the work carried out by the function.
