As our Marketing Supervisor, you will:

• Marketing and BD Support: Assist T&L Partners and Directors in developing and executing marketing and business development initiatives.
• Event Management: Plan and execute events to support the department's objectives.
• Conference Organization: Research relevant external conferences and coordinate participation.
• Marketing Analysis: Perform marketing analysis to identify business growth opportunities.
• Content Production: Coordinate the creation of advertising and marketing materials, including editorial content.
• Compliance Review: Ensure all communication materials adhere to firm guidelines in both English and Russian.
• Pitches and Proposals: Support the development of pitches, proposals, and tenders.

You’re the perfect match for this role if you:

• Have 3+ years of experience in marketing and/or business development, with proven success in an Legal firm with a strong marketing presence.
• Possess deep knowledge of the local and international legal services market and key industry players.
• Understand best practices and trends in marketing, both locally and globally.
• Have a strong background in marketing campaigns, event planning, professional organization memberships, service promotion, market analysis, and CRM.
• Demonstrate outstanding drafting skills, with experience in writing marketing content, creating presentations, and negotiating with service providers.
• Are client-focused with strong creative, strategic, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Are fluent in English.
