We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Lead to oversee the development and execution of our marketing strategy. This role requires a visionary leader who can drive marketing initiatives, manage cross-functional team, and enhance our brand presence in the competitive landscape.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.

Execution of Marketing Initiatives:

  • Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including offline, digital, social media, content marketing, etc.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.

Team Management:

  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing cross-functional team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Set clear goals and KPIs for team members, providing ongoing feedback and support for professional development.

Budget Management:

  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROMI.
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet objectives.

Performance Analysis:

  • Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key metrics and insights.

Brand Development:

  • Enhance brand awareness and reputation through strategic messaging and community engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice and visual identity across all platforms.

Requirements:

  • Experience in marketing, with a strong track record of developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies aligned with business goals - minimum 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and shape data-driven strategies.
  • Demonstrated experience in planning, launching, and optimizing marketing campaigns across offline, digital, and social media channels.
  • Experience in building, mentoring, and managing cross-functional teams, setting performance metrics, and fostering a collaborative, innovative environment.
  • Proficiency in managing and optimizing marketing budgets, with a focus on maximizing ROMI and adjusting strategies based on performance metrics.
  • Skilled in using analytics tools to measure campaign performance, interpret key metrics, and create insightful reports for senior management.
  • Strong understanding of brand development and consistency, with the ability to enhance brand awareness and reputation across all touchpoints.
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, aligning messaging and ensuring cohesive branding across all platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and drive initiatives from concept to completion.
  • English knowledge - B1
