About Us

We are an international distributor of IT solutions, office equipment, and consumer electronics, operating in 10 countries across Central Asia, the Caucasus, and the UAE.
Our business covers three key areas:

• Infrastructure solutions – servers, storage, networks, cybersecurity;

• Office equipment & accessories – laptops, computers, printers;

• Smartphones & consumer electronics.

As we continue to grow and expand, we are looking for a strong marketing leader to drive the company’s strategy and brand development across all regions.

Your Mission

Lead the transformation of marketing from an operational function into a data-driven, strategic growth engine that accelerates sales and brand presence internationally.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company’s marketing strategy across 10 countries;
• Lead and develop a team of 8 marketing professionals, ensuring effective execution and team growth;
• Manage a $1.2M annual budget, optimize expenses, and ensure investment efficiency;
• Drive digital marketing and performance campaigns to increase sales across all product categories; implement marketing analytics;
• Analyze the effectiveness of marketing activities and manage key KPIs (ROMI, CPL, CAC, LTV);
• Develop and implement a partner marketing strategy, including the creation of a partner portal;
• Develop and unify loyalty programs across regions;
• Collaborate with vendors and agencies to execute joint marketing initiatives;
• Manage the vendor portfolio: analyze the current assortment, identify promising directions, and initiate the addition of new vendors;
• Conduct systematic market analysis, including competitive landscape, market trends, and product performance;
• Oversee and strengthen the company’s brand management and positioning.

What We Expect

• 7+ years of experience in marketing, including 5+ years in leadership roles;

• Proven experience in B2B marketing, ideally within IT distribution or technology sectors;

• Strong expertise in digital marketing tools (SEO, PPC, SMM, email marketing, analytics);

• Experience managing multi-country marketing operations;

• Fluent English (spoken and written);

• Analytical and strategic mindset with a focus on measurable results;

• Leadership skills and experience managing high-performing teams.
