Main responsibilities

• Development and implementation of short-term and long-term marketing strategies aimed for increasing sales, expanding market share, attracting new customers, and strengthening the airline’s brand image in international and regional markets.
• Initiate and integrate digital solutions and technologies in the airline’s website and mobile application to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
• Develop of the annual marketing budget and oversee its effective execution.
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of all marketing initiatives.
• Establish and support strategic partnerships with advertising agencies, service providers, media and business partners, chambers of commerce, and tourism organizations to maximize campaign reach and effectiveness
• Conduct regular market research to assess competitors, analyze new trends, and study customer behavior and satisfaction.
• Optimize business processes within the department.

Requirements to the candidate

• A high degree in marketing, business, economics, or aviation. A master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 7 years of experience in a managerial position in marketing, preferably in FMCG, tourism, aviation, or related industries.
• Knowledge and use of the modern tools and technologies in digital marketing, branding, and communications.
• Excellent analytical and leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team and projects.
• Fluency in Kazakh, Russian and English
• Knowledge and use of modern project management tools is welcomed.
