The Procurement function, thanks to its global scale and drive for innovation, is playing a meaningful role in PMI’s business transformation. Our mission in IMS procurement is to support the business in marketing, production, and delivery of products to our markets and into the hands of our consumers in a sustainable way. And now, we are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Procurement Manager to lead our source-to-contract cycle and drive our procurement strategies to new heights.

Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team as a Manager IM&S Procurement for the KZ & CAS markets! We're looking for a strategic leader to drive procurement excellence, manage direct reports, and ensure optimal product availability, quality, service level, and price. This role involves engaging with senior stakeholders, aligning local and regional sourcing plans, leading complex negotiations, and implementing sustainability programs. If you have a strong background in procurement, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for innovation, we want to hear from you!

Your day-to-day:

• Oversee the entire source-to-contract cycle, ensuring seamless and efficient operations.
• Influence key business decisions, drive complex negotiations and manage business demand.
• Craft and execute cutting-edge procurement strategies that align with our ambitious goals.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to spearhead procurement initiatives and projects.
• Identify potential risks and develop robust mitigation plans.
• Lead contract negotiations and foster strong, lasting relationships with suppliers.
• Continuously challenge the status quo and seek innovative ways to enhance processes.

Who we're looking for:

• University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics (MBA is a plus).
• 7+ years of experience in Procurement/Supply Chain.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and juggle multiple priorities.
• A proactive, extraverted personality with a passion for challenging the norms
