Your day-to-day:

• Build strong and effective development team.
• Identify capability gaps and define learning priorities.
• Design and implement structured learning programs.
• Measure training effectiveness (KPIs, performance, behavioral impact).
• Continuously improve learning solutions based on feedback and business needs.
• Act as a business partner to commercial teams.
• Manage stakeholder engagement and capture learning needs.
• Plan and facilitate trainings, workshops, and engagement sessions.
• Lead L&D projects across the commercial organization.

Who we're looking for:

• 3–5 years of experience in learning development.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is preferrable.
• Proven experience in training delivery and business facilitation.
• Experience in business partnering; FMCG background is a plus.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience organizing workshops and events.
• Project management experience.
