About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Line Haul Manager to oversee and coordinate intercity transportation operations. The role is focused on ensuring timely, cost-efficient, and reliable long-distance deliveries while maintaining compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage daily line haul operations (intercity/long-distance transportation).

• Monitor and optimize delivery schedules, routes, and fleet utilization.

• Coordinate with drivers, dispatchers, and warehouse teams to ensure on-time deliveries.

• Supervise carrier performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

• Control transportation costs, prepare reports, and propose optimization strategies.

• Handle incident resolution, delays, and emergency situations related to transportation.

• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with transportation laws and safety standards.

• Build and manage strong relationships with partners, subcontractors, and carriers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).

• 3+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or line haul operations.

• Strong knowledge of transportation processes, route planning, and fleet management.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics management systems (TMS/WMS).

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements in transportation.
