The Global Learning team is looking for a Learning Experience Designer to creates and delivers innovative, high-impact learning content aligned with business strategy and future skills needs. The role involves designing effective learning solutions, ensuring content quality, managing learning technologies (e.g., LMS), and deploying programs to the right audience through diverse channels.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop and deliver innovative & impactful learning content that supports business strategy and addresses current and future skills needs.
  • Design and develop learning content. Understand and leverage learning tech and psychology.
  • Content quality assurance.
  • Enable successful deployment of the learning solutions to the right audience at the right time using various channels.
  • Manage learning infrastructure (i.e. LMS).
Qualifications
  • Educational Background Bachelor’s Degree: Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Learning Sciences, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Experience 3–5 Years: Designing, developing, and delivering learning content, preferably in a corporate or professional environment.
  • LMS Management: Hands-on experience managing Learning Management Systems or other learning platforms.
  • Learning Methods: Familiarity with blended learning, microlearning, and eLearning principles.
  • Technical Skills Tools Expertise: Proficiency in instructional design software (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Tech Knowledge: Strong understanding of learning technologies, including SCORM, xAPI, and LMS integration.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyze learning data for insights into engagement, impact, and outcomes.
  • Knowledge Learning Psychology: Expertise in adult learning principles and behavior psychology.
  • Business Alignment: Ability to design content addressing current and future business skill needs.
  • Soft Skills Attention to Detail: Commitment to ensuring high-quality learning content.
  • Communication:Ability to create and deliver engaging, impactful learning experiences.
  • Organization: Strong multitasking and deadline-management skills.
  • Creativity: Innovation in learning design and leveraging technology to engage diverse audiences.
  • Collaboration & Deployment Team Collaboration: Partnering with stakeholders and subject matter experts to align content with objectives.
  • Deployment Expertise: Ensuring successful delivery of learning solutions to the right audience at the right time using multiple channels.
  • Problem-Solving & Adaptability Challenge Resolution: Identifying and addressing issues in learning design, development, and delivery.
  • Flexibility: Adapting solutions to evolving business needs and emerging technologies.
  • English and Russian proficiency at least C1.
