Responsibilities

Support the organization and coordination of internal trainings and learning programs.
Maintain and updаtеtracking tables, attendance lists, and training databases.
Assist with preparing learning materials, schedules, and communication to participants.
Provide administrative support to the HR Learning & Development team.
Help ensure smooth execution of L&D processes and suggest improvements where needed.

Requirements

Recent university graduate (preferably in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field).
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
Critical thinking and the ability to work independently.
English level: B2 or higher (spoken and written).
Confident user of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Excel skills are a plus, but not required).
Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn.
