Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, deployment, and maintenance of workstation infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.

• Manage and coordinate support teams to resolve hardware, software, and network issues on user workstations.

• Develop and enforce standards, procedures, and best practices for workstation management across the organization.

• Collaborate with IT, cybersecurity, and infrastructure teams to implement improvements and maintain compliance.

Requirements:​​​​​​​

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in workstation administration and support, with leadership responsibilities.

• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, virtualization technologies, endpoint security, and IT asset management tools.

• Languages: Kazakh, Russian, English. Chinese is an advantage.
