The IT company Andersen invites an experienced Lead Full Stack Developer (Node.js+React) to join its team to work on a large Artificial Intelligence project.

The customer is a US company that uses the power of Artificial Intelligence to help employers effectively manage talent, which leads to increased productivity, reduced costs, and enhanced employee engagement.

The project is a talent management platform for enterprises and public agencies, which enables them to easily assess the knowledge, qualifications, and skills of their employees with the help of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.

Responsibilities:

- Leading and managing a team of at least 8 developers, ensuring the team is motivated and productive.

- Providing mentorship and guidance to junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

- Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable systems using Node.js and React.

- Architecting and implementing distributed systems and SaaS microservices.

- Optimizing existing systems for performance, reliability, and scalability.

- Developing and enforcing best practices, maintaining the integrity and performance of the codebase.

- Implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines and containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.

- Working closely with product managers and UI/UX designers.

- Translating business requirements into technical solutions.

- Staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and introducing innovative solutions where applicable.

- Providing a problem-solving attitude to overcome technical challenges and improving system functionality.

- Demonstrating strong interpersonal skills, logical reasoning when facing challenges or collaborating with other departments.

Must-haves:

- Experience leading a team of at least 8 employees, resilience and flexibility in a dynamic environment.

- Experience designing, developing and maintaining systems using Node.js and React for 5+ years.

- Experience in building distributed systems and SaaS microservices architecture.

- Solid understanding of design patterns, code optimization, and best practices in software engineering

- Experience working with CI/CD and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Innovative, problem-solving attitude, especially for working with emerging technologies.

- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and logical reasoning skills.

- Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.

Nice-to-haves:

- BSc in Computer Science or equivalent degree.
