• Author Supervision Engineer , ensures that the construction and installation works meet the approved design.
  Works closely with the Client representatives, other Contractors and Subcontractors.
  • Participation in the development of design and technical documentation;
  • Quality control of preparation and installation works;
  • Participation in the various inspection works;
  • Random checks of conformity of the construction and installation work documentation and the requirements of
  construction norms and regulations;
  • Check and control of as-built documentation preparation;
  • Participation in acceptance of exact critical works during the construction process;
  • Maintains author supervision register on a regular basis;
  • Contractors support in terms of work preparation, performance monitoring, reporting of progress.

• Competency requirements:
  • Must have sound knowledge and understanding of technical terms and conditions.
  • Ability to identify changes and improvements to the technical documentation and procedures to reflect Client’s
  changing requirements.

  Knowledge of computer based systems including, CAD, Excel, Word, Microsoft Office or equivalent software packages.
  Education: Bachelor degree in engineering is minimum requirement.
  Master degree preferred

  Language skills: Kazakh and Russian are mandatory
  English is advantageous
  Professional experience: Min 15 years preferable on pipeline projects
