Associate - Tax Litigation Team

We are seeking a motivated Associate to join our dynamic tax litigation team. This role is ideal for candidates looking to leverage their legal expertise in a challenging environment.

Requirements:

- Degree in Law from a leading Kazakhstani or foreign university; LLM is a plus.

- At least 2–3 years of experience, preferably in a multinational company or law -firm.

- Excellent knowledge of Kazakhstani legislation: civil, business, corporate, court procedures, AIFC legislation.

- Fluency in English and Russian (both written and oral); Kazakh is preferable.- Ability to work with large volumes of information etc.

Responsibilities:

- Resolving current legal issues.

- Working with Clients, state authorities, and professional organizations.

-Reviewing documents for compliance with applicable legislation.

- Monitoring and analyzing legislation; drafting opinions on controversial issues and proposed changes to laws.
