Responsibilities:
- Provide methodological guidance and ensure a uniform procedure for organizing work on occupational safety and health, industrial and fire safety in all divisions of the Company;
- Organize and monitor compliance with labor safety and health legislation;
- Study and disseminate best practices in occupational health and safety, proactively promoting occupational safety issues; Introduce the planned programs and projects aimed at achieving the employer’s key performance indicators regarding HSE, as well as the initiatives developed by HQ;
- Develop comprehensive measures to improve working conditions and monitor their implementation;
- Participate in the investigation of accidents, develop measures to prevent them;
- Participate in the development of regulatory documents, rules, standards and instructions for the safe conduct of work in the organization. Prepare proposals for their changes and additions;
- Monitor the provision of the organization with equipment and mechanisms that improve working conditions, as well as collective and individual protective equipment. Review and maintain the operating features of equipment used in the Company, rules and means of monitoring compliance of the technical condition of equipment with the requirements for safe work;
- Develop induction programs for workers and engineering personnel, and conduct induction training for employees. Ensure periodical briefings, trainings and testing of knowledge on labor protection of employees;
- Organize the checking of working conditions at workplaces, work on measuring the parameters of dangerous and harmful production factors, certification of workplaces and production equipment for compliance with labor protection requirements.
- Develop and improve the Occupational Health and Safety Management System in compliance with ISO 45001 standard requirements, participate in external and internal audits of Management System, prepare information for management review;
- Organize and control process of collection and treatment of potential discrepancies from employees;
- Organize the process of assessing and analyzing risks related to labor safety and health issues, and oversee the development of hazard registers and management programs);
- Organize cooperation with outsourcing and contractor companies regarding labor safety and health issues (instructions, motoring and control of processes).
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the relevant field;
- Knowledge of health and safety rules and regulations, industrial sanitation and fire protection;
- Knowledge of the procedure for conducting investigations of accidents and other injuries to the health of workers at work; knowledge of methods and forms of propaganda and information on occupational safety and health; the procedure and timing for reporting on the implementation of occupational safety and health measures;
- English level – Intermediate and above;
- Certificate of ISO 45001 internal auditor.
