We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior L&D Specialist to join our Learning & Development team within the Talent department. This role is a great opportunity to start a career in HR and make an impact by supporting key learning initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support the coordination and delivery of learning programs (both online and offline)
• Take full ownership of assigned projects from start to finish
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth program execution
• Maintain and track learning-related data and reports
• Provide administrative support for training logistics, communication, and feedback collection
• Contribute to ongoing improvement of the L&D processes and learner experience
Requirements (Must-Haves):
• University degree
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher
• Advanced user of MS Office tools, including Teams, Excel, PowerPoint
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Basic project management knowledge and the ability to drive tasks independently
• Proactive mindset and sense of responsibility
• Strong attention to detail, commitment to high quality, and client-oriented approach
Nice to Have (Advantages):
• Experience coordinating training programs or organizing large-scale events
• Familiarity with both in-person and virtual training formats
